Real Estate has been the focus of Paul Caine’s professional life for 25 years, and he loves what he does.

Having achieved peer recognition with consecutive Auctioneer of the Year awards, and industry appointments including Chair of the REIV, Central Melbourne Residential Division, he is now at the absolute pinnacle of his chosen career.

Commencing his career through initially negotiating land and broad acre subdivisions, Paul quickly progressed to handling new and established residential homes, before being invited to become Principal of a successful office franchise in Melbourne’s East.

With his sights firmly set on realising his ambition to establish his own practice, Paul became Founder & Managing Director of Caine Real Estate in the leafy blue chip suburb of Hawthorn in 1996.

Soon after, the professionalism and dedication of the firm earned the respect and loyalty of an ever increasing number of satisfied clients.

In 2002, Caine Real Estate relocated to East Melbourne which enabled the company to be positioned across a broader range of aspiration inner city suburbs and ensured that locals had a trusted brand to turn to for their property requirements.

Under the combined leadership of Paul and company CEO, Jacob Caine, Caine Real Estate made the strategic decision to relocate at the beginning of 2015 to their new headquarters in 1 Collins Street, Melbourne.
