Hi Paul,

I just wanted to write a really quick note to say how truly brilliant Garth Ferry has been to deal with since he took over the management of my property.

He is always so quick to return my communication, forward thinking, personable and thorough. He really has been such a delight to work with and given me so much confidence in your business (as you did when we spoke around the trouble I was initially having).

Garth also manages my sisters property - O'connell St, North Melbourne and she has had the same favourable things to say about Garth. Most recently he has seamlessly placed a new tenant into my property leaving but a day between the last, dealt super attentively w maintenance issues and been a pleasure to chat to every phone call.
