I am very happy to learn this as you were excellent when you leased out my flat for me at Tribeca.
You may remember the dishwasher failed at the last minute and the toilet seat broke at a most inconvenient time.
You managed to get all sorted with no inconvenience to me. I am still amazed at your efficient dealings with this.

I just wanted to write a really quick note to say how truly brilliant Garth Ferry has been to deal with since he took over the management of my property.

He is always so quick to return my communication, forward thinking, personable and thorough. He really has been such a delight to work with and given me so much confidence in your business (as you did when we spoke around the trouble I was initially having).

Garth also manages my sisters property - O'connell St, North Melbourne and she has had the same favourable things to say about Garth.
